The zoo will let you name a cockroach after anyone who is "bugging" you for a minimum donation of $25 (Rs 1507). In a tweet, The company says:
Roses are red; violets are blue... Is there someone in your life that's bugging you? Give them goosebumps by naming a cockroach in their honour this Valentine's Day.
People can name a cockroach by going online, clicking "Dedicate your donation," choosing "In honour of," and then entering a name in the appropriate field.
After that, they will get a digital certificate with the roach's name on it, a shareable digital image, and a tax receipt for their charitable contributions.
The Toronto Zoo, on the other hand, said that there are rules about what you can call the animals and that you can't use offensive language or hate speech.
