Miriam Margoyles, who doesn't exactly hold back, let loose on today's episode of Good Morning Britain.
The Harry Potter star and comedian made it obvious that she dislikes Donald Trump and has extremely strong sentiments about the way Boris Johnson handled the Covid situation.
This comes after the contentious remarks she made last May after BoJo contracted the illness, claiming that she "wanted him to die" as a result of it.
Miriam, 79, has supported her opinions and criticized his management of the pandemic in the UK.
She stated, “You’ve got that clown in charge there that I didn’t vote for and I’m holding him responsible for a lot of this mess,”earlier today on GMB.
She said she wouldn't go back to the UK until it was secure in an interview with the show's co-hosts Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard from her home in Italy.
Miriam referred to anti-vaxxers as "crazy" when asked about the vaccine and declared that she would, of course, receive the Covid shot as soon as it became available for her.
She said:
They [anti-vaxxers] need their heads seen to, it’s ridiculous. I’m hoping to get a vaccine as soon as possible, I’m 79 so I’m not quite 80 yet, I’ll be 80 in May and I may be able to have it in Italy before I come [back to the UK].- Miriam Margoyles
“I’m not going to Englanduntil it’s safe to go,”Miriam continued.
The British-Australian actress also commented on the horrifying events taking place in America as President Donald Trump faces a second impeachment proceeding following last week's bloody Capitol rioting.
She continued, revealing that she has a fantastic nickname for the soon-to-be-ex POTUS,“I’m astonished and disgusted.”
“Let’s say it ends with “hole” and starts with an “a”. “He’s a dangerous man, he’s a facist… It looks as if there was planning and a conspiracy before the invasion,”Miriam said.
He's a fascist and a dangerous individual, It appears that there was preparation and a plot before the invasion.
“They need to be smacked,”she continued of his supporters.
The wise interviewee responded when asked what she thought would happen to the US in the future,“It’s going to take a long time. I think it’s a residue of the civil war.
“I had the pleasure of meeting all those people from the rust belt who voted for Trump and I knew then he was going to get in,” the speaker said.
Miriam stated of the Prime Minister in May of last year, shocking fans of the comedy television program The Last Leg,
I had difficulty not wanting Boris Johnson to die.
I wanted him to die. Then I thought that will reflect badly on me and I don’t want to be the sort of person that wants people to die.
So then I wanted him to get better, which he did do, he did get better. But he didn’t get better as a human being. And I really would prefer that.

Conclusion

After receiving complaints, Ofcom opened an investigation but ultimately dismissed the issue, and Miriam has since added that she doesn't regret what she said.
